Also acting as industry consultant working with key accounts and industry bodies in the food industry to identify new opportunities to grow demand for red meat.
Facilitating value-added training sessions and workshops both nationally and internationally offering training and development programs to various industry bodies, educating and training participants to Australian meat standards.
Recognising retail and food service opportunities and raising Australian red meat awareness across the industry and raising industry standards.
